We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail location or in-person pickup options—allowing us to keep prices competitive for customers across Canada.

I’m new to CPAP therapy—what should I buy?
Getting started can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to help. We recommend speaking with one of our experts before your first purchase.

Are your products new?
Yes. All products sold by Sleep Yeti are brand new and unused. We do not sell refurbished equipment.
Do I need a prescription?
- ✅ Required for CPAP machines
- ❌ Not required for masks, hoses, or accessories
You or your provider can email your prescription to info@sleepyeti.com or upload it during checkout.
What’s included with a CPAP machine?
Most machines include:
- Machine unit
- Hose
- Filters
- Power cord
- Data card
- Carrying case
Note: Masks are usually sold separately (except select models like the AirMini).
Why are your prices lower?
As an online-only store, we have lower overhead costs—allowing us to pass savings directly on to you.
Do you ship within Canada only?
Yes. We currently sell and ship within Canada only.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing?
We don’t offer in-house financing, but options may be available through Medicard.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information during checkout.
Will I be charged tax?
Most CPAP-related products are tax-exempt as medical devices.
Since we’re based in Alberta, there is no provincial sales tax.
Do you offer price matching?
We strive to offer Canadians the best prices on CPAP equipment in Canada. If you find a lower priced machine, mask or hose that we sell (must be exact model), we’ll match that price for you. Proof of price may be required.
*Note: Price must be in Canadian dollars, and be sold by a rival Canadian retailer or online store. We will not match prices offered in other countries.
Will insurance cover my purchase?
Coverage varies by provider. Please contact your insurance company directly for details.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is submitted:
- We review your information (including prescription if required)
- We contact you if anything is missing
- Your order is prepared and shipped within 72 hours
You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.
How long does shipping take?
- Ships within 72 hours (once all info is received)
- Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days via Canada Post
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
