CPAP Mask Parts Glossary

-
Frame – The main structure of the mask. It holds all the parts together and connects to both the headgear and tubing.
-
Cushion – The soft part that touches your face. It creates a comfortable seal to prevent air leaks. Available in different sizes for the best fit. See Mask Cushion/Seal Collection
-
Nasal Pillows – Small, soft inserts that sit just under your nose and deliver air directly into your nostrils. See Mask Cushion/Seal Collection
-
Chin Strap – A gentle strap worn under your chin to help keep your mouth closed during sleep—especially helpful if you use a nasal mask. See Comfort Collection
-
Swivel – A small connector between the mask and tubing that allows the hose to move freely while you sleep.
-
Tubing Elbow – A curved connector that lets the tubing bend naturally, reducing pulling and improving comfort.
-

Keep Your CPAP Working Its Best
Over time, CPAP parts naturally wear out:
- Oils from your skin can cause cushions and frames to break down
- Headgear can stretch, making it harder to keep a secure fit
- Worn parts may lead to air leaks or reduced effectiveness
Regular replacement helps keep your therapy safe, comfortable, and effective.
